Our Seamless Process:


  • During this phase, we will meet with you to understand your vision, preferences, and requirements for your custom home. We will discuss your desired style, features, and budget to ensure we have a clear understanding of your needs

  • Once we have agreed upon the project scope, we will proceed with the signing of a retainer agreement. This fee secures our services and allows us to begin the design phase. Our team of architects and designers will work closely with you to develop a unique and personalized design for your home.

  • After several iterations and discussions, we will present you with the final floor plan for your approval. This plan will reflect your desired layout, room sizes, and overall functionality. We will make any necessary revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design. Once an approval is made we can then sign a contract locking everything in.

  • Once the floor plan is finalized, we will move forward with the pre-build preparations, such as obtaining necessary permit and finalizing material selections. With all the pre-build details in place, we will commence the construction of your custom home, ensuring that every step is executed to the highest standards.

Our warranty, in compliance with the Texas Property Code (Chapter 27), ensures the quality and longevity of your custom home. We provide a 1-year warranty covering workmanship and materials, offering peace of mind for the initial phase. Additionally, a 2-year warranty encompasses plumbing, electrical, heating, and air-conditioning systems. For foundational integrity, we extend a robust 10-year warranty. This commitment underscores our dedication to delivering a home that stands the test of time, providing comprehensive coverage for your investment. More information on this will be on your contract!
